Elijah is the retelling of the biblical account of the prophet Elijah from 1Kings 17- 2Kings 2.

My first priority is to render the biblical account in comic book form as authentically as possible. All effort is made to portray the people in the story as “real people” with their own personality quirks. Any additions to the story would be allowable possibilities within the biblical account.  Questions such as “did God order the execution of all of those prophets?”  will be asked and left open for the reader to ponder, and we’ll see how the God of Heaven can turn an entire nation that had nearly forgotten Him back to Himself with one man.
